The Mayor, Cllr. Plunkett, wished to thank the Methodist Church for broadcasting a live Service following further Covid-19 restrictions, Porthleven Town Band for having members around town playing the Last Post and Reveille, Mr Andrew Bell for reading the Roll of Honour, Mr Perkins for lowering the flag, Mrs Elsie Balme for saying a prayer at the War Memorial on Armistice Day, Cllr. Toy for laying wreaths on behalf of the residents and Town Council and for all the residents who stood on their doorstep and held a 2-minute silence in grateful remembrance.
