Porthleven Old Cornwall Society are commemorating highly decorated ‘Dambuster’ hero Guy Gibson VC DSO DFC on Tuesday 19th October at 2.00pm outside the Bickford Smith Institute in Porthleven. The Mayor, Cllr. Toy, will lay a Wreath on behalf of the residents and Town Council. Tea and refreshments afterwards in the Public Hall.
Support for Porthleven Old Cornwall Society would be most appreciated as they restart their events programme by proudly remembering the life and death at just 26 of Cornish hero Guy Gibson
