Waste update
Cornwall Council have restarted their bulky waste collection service.
The £26 standard service covers the collection of up to four large items – such as tables, beds, TVs, sofas or chairs – that they don’t collect at the kerbside with your black bag rubbish.
Social distancing rules mean they are unable to offer assisted collections for the time being, and are asking people not to approach our crews.
They’re anticipating an unusually high demand for this service. If you can hang on to your items a bit longer until they can return to a more normal level of service, they’d be very grateful.
You can order a bulky waste collection online.
